· Currently,
the process of carrying away the
stationaries in the school are done by a peon. But in certain issues,
the particular person might be employed in another took at the movement he is
asked to do this work. Such as, cleaning the school and printing other document
etc. That person might have to interrupt the job when he is given such kind of
duty. This will result unpleasant situations in delaying the duty. Moreover,
students too have to carry away these documents in certain occasions. Also the
sent document may miss the definite destination. Further, there is a risk with
the security of the document. Moreover, it’ll take more time to carry away
these types of documents in a comparatively big school. At the sometime, some
teachers may unaware of the fact that they receive such a document and it may
result in misplacement.

Technical Solution.
· The
above crux has been solved by the “School:Bot” This particular robot is waiting
at the office and other section of the school. When a particular document is
placed on the folder of the robot and assign the destination via the smart
phone software, it will reach the target using line follow technology. At the
same time, the particular teacher too will get a message mentions that the
document have been sent. Moreover, the document will be handed over to the
correct person, after identifying him/her by observing receiver’s face through
the camera in the robot.
